These terms govern your use of www.federalfirstlendingca.com (the “Site”), operated by Federal First Lending LLC, doing business as Federal First Lending California (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Informational only — not a commitment to lend

Content on the Site, including equity estimates, calculators, and answers from our automated assistant, is general information for discussion. It is not a loan offer, a rate quote, financial advice, or a commitment to lend. Equity estimates are based on the numbers you enter and typical program limits; they are not an appraisal or a valuation of your property. All loans are subject to qualification, underwriting, and program availability, and terms can only be established by a licensed loan officer in a formal process.

Licensing

Federal First Lending LLC is a licensed mortgage brokerage, NMLS #2381991, licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. You can verify our licensing at NMLS Consumer Access. We lend only in states where we hold the required licenses. We are not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency.

Communications

When you submit your contact information with consent, you authorize the communications described at the point of submission — calls, text messages, emails, and automated-assistant chats, which licensed loan officers review. Consent is not a condition of purchase; reply STOP to end texts, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by calling (855) 517-3388.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for your own legitimate loan inquiry, and not to interfere with the Site's operation, probe or test its security, scrape its content, or submit information about another person without their authorization.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and logos — belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Links to third-party sites (including our parent company's pages and regulator sites) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law and changes
